Nicole was very nice until I bought the truck then things changed the truck was having some issues I tried to get them to check it out she would never respond back to me I’ve been to the dealership four time changed the truck was having some issues I tried to get them to check it out she would never respond back to me I’ve been to the dealership four times they keep telling me nothing is wrong I went outside of the dealership to get it checked, they told me exactly what was wrong in less then 5 minutes but the dealership keeps telling me nothing is wrong they keep passing me down the totem pole and will not fix it I am very upset with them and I have a warranty they’re trying to wait it out More

I went in for insured damage to my van. The shop was clean, the people were very professional and polite. I can not remember the last time I was treated this well in dealership.
