The staff in the service department was wonderful through the entire process. I had issues with my warranty company but Glenda, my service advisor, and John, the Service Manager, were exceptional. I will never use this this dealer for service again. John is a piece of work and very much an xxxxxx to my wife and myself over the phone. It was sonironic that John was at lunch at 3:30pm in the afternoon w is a piece of work and very much an xxxxxx to my wife and myself over the phone. The service here is great and the prices are always fantastic. There was very little wait to get the oil changed last minute and I didn’t feel as if they were trying to update me on anything. This service department is subpar compared to other service departments I have ever visited. I can understand a part not being available. I'm worried my problem wasn't addressed, but will have to wait and see. 2nd time in for same PCM issue. Still can't get a new pcm. Connector replaced instead. I'm afraid it's just going to break down aga wait and see. 2nd time in for same PCM issue. Still can't get a new pcm. Connector replaced instead. I'm afraid it's just going to break down again. Had to pay my warranty deductible again even though it was the same problem. Couldn't get rental car for first several days because diagnosis took 4 days. I'm tired of living in a world where my truck might not get me to work.. after spending 35k on a truck I just want it to work reliably for a few years. More

They treat me with respect and they have not give me any reason why I should not trust them. An example of trust is I took my vehicle in to have brakes replaced they took it to the back check the breaks out reason why I should not trust them.
