A disturbing surprise In my past experience, I was kept updated on the progress of vehicle repair, apprised quickly of issues, an effort was made for a timely turnaround an In my past experience, I was kept updated on the progress of vehicle repair, apprised quickly of issues, an effort was made for a timely turnaround and actual billing was close to original estimate, if not a little less. Billing variances were explained in advance before I picked up my vehicle. This time, none of this occurred! My vehicle was kept for almost two weeks, I had to continually call for updates, the completion date for my vehicle was revised several times, the bill was several hundred dollars more than the estimates discussed. I was notified I could pick up my vehicle less than hour before closing on a Saturday. The people were very nice that I met with but I didn’t know them, most of the office had left for the day. I asked about the billing and Billy was very pleasant and willing to explain the variance. However, there was little time and by then, I just wanted my Jeep back. I’m just hoping the repairs were necessary and done well. More
