Recall and oil change Called to schedule an appt for a recall and oil change. Was able to get in the next day. Nicki was super nice. However, when calling back to speak with her I was transferred twice to the Nicole on the sales floor. Receptionist really needs to confirm correct person. When I did finally “get transferred” to Nicki in Service there was no answer and the voicemail was definitely not Nicki, it was a guy. It’s also extremely confusing when going in to pick up your car after service, there are no signs directing you and no name plates on the offices/cubicles. More

Took care of the oil change but demeaning managers I have had an issue with my fuel gauge for months. I have tried to get it resolved only to be told that nothing can be done. This is on a 2018 vehicle I have had an issue with my fuel gauge for months. I have tried to get it resolved only to be told that nothing can be done. This is on a 2018 vehicle. It’s basically brand new and the way that the service manager handled customer service is astounding that he is “in charge”. I may be a woman, but I am no idiot. I plan to take my future business elsewhere. More

Keeping you connected We had family from out of town visiting. The worst time to have your car not start. Taylor helped us out.
