Always cheerful and helpful I have always appreciated coming to Paulding CDJR for routine service or problem repairs as they know just what to do and get it done right the first I have always appreciated coming to Paulding CDJR for routine service or problem repairs as they know just what to do and get it done right the first time. It's been even nicer in the new place, my first time in! They repaired my sunroof in one day and even cleaned the car before returning it to me. Picked it up at the end of the day so I had it for the weekend. Great people, great job! More

Wheel fell off after routine oil change and tire rotation. Extremely poor management without any apology or respect of time. Received a false service receipt? I brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and also had them check my backup camera that wasn’t working. I was told they would order my new camera a I brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and also had them check my backup camera that wasn’t working. I was told they would order my new camera and I would have to drop my car off and it would take multiple hours to fix. After leaving the dealership I realized my camera was actually working again but I was still going to get the part fixed as it was still under warranty and I wasn’t sure if it was temporary or not. I was called the next week that the part was in but they could not tell me if a lender car would be available or not. I have a demanding work schedule so this wasn’t going to be easy to get taken care of and I told them I would have to call them back to schedule when I could move my schedule around. The next week I receive another phone call saying it has now been TWO weeks and they had been trying to call me multiple times to set up an appointment. This was not true as I had just talked to them the week before and I have not heard from them since. Once again I told them I would have to call back because my schedule is not easy to move around. A few days later, as I am in my car running errands with my husband, I receive a text message that my car is ready for pick up and I received an email receipt with the oil change I received at my original visit and stating the camera issue had been fixed when it was not. I then tried calling the service department and left a voicemail and have never been called back. I don’t know if they get paid when they do warranty work But they for sure did not perform any on my vehicle. I will be using a different dealership from now on as this one has lost my trust and has been extremely unprofessional. More
