The Service Helped Make a Disappointing Situation Better! I initially took my car in for regular brake check and was disappointed to find out due to an issue with my front rotors that I would need 2 new front I initially took my car in for regular brake check and was disappointed to find out due to an issue with my front rotors that I would need 2 new front rotors and new brakes. Of course I would not have expected this on a car with 32,000 miles and only 2 years old. I was of course disappointed, but they took care of me. Gave me a loaner vehicle, helped with the cost of the service as best they could and over the next 5 days continued to keep me updated on status and timing with multiple text messages. I never had to ask for a loaner vehicle it was just offered to me immediately upon hearing of the extended service that was needed to fix my car. I travel approximately 60 miles round trip to go to this Kia location for service to avoid Arapahoe Kia which is located only 7 miles from my house because that Kia treats you like you're a burden and you can forget about ever getting a loaner at that place. The people I work with at Peak Kia constantly go above and beyond and do their best to turn a potentially stressful and burdensome situation into a more relaxed and smooth process.
