The spoiler on the car we purchased was scratched but Kia fixed it for free. Our salesperson was very friendly and informative. So was the finance person who gave us some great advice and helped walk us through the financing process. This was the first time we purchased a new car and the staff at the dealership we went to made the process very easy and painless.
