Very classy and LOADED with every option known to man. It has a 360 degree camera.....yep, thats right, you can see in real time all the way around the car to park without hitting ANYTHING! Very clever, Kia. I was looking at an SUV, but was torn between the Sportage and the Sorento. Marc Messier was extremely helpful and took the time to help me figure out which model would be best for me. Marc was polite and personable. He really knows his Kia's, and took the time to get us the absolute best deal possible. I chose the 2017 Sorento SX, also in the Pearl white. This vehicle is luxurious and comfortable to drive. Its very quiet and also has TONS of options. These cars are beautifully designed and every little detail was well thought out. This is my second Kia.....and can guarantee it certainly wont be my last! Marc was fun to work with, and made the buying experience easy and painless. We are super happy with our new cars! Terrible buying experience - problem after problem! Background: I purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Peak Kia in July 2016. I’m an out-of-state buyer, so after negotiating a price they dealership sent me Background: I purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Peak Kia in July 2016. I’m an out-of-state buyer, so after negotiating a price they dealership sent me the necessary paperwork. I returned the paperwork with a dealers check on 7 July 2016. The dealership agreed to ship the car within a couple days after receiving the check. Strike 1: Paperwork included a $595 “dealer fee” and $195 “etched glass” fee on top of the “out the door” price we had agreed upon. Strike 2: It took almost 4 week (FOUR WEEKS!!) for the dealer to ship my car after I sent them the money for it. Purchased the car on 7th July 2016, didn’t receive it until 5th August. I spend an entire month harassing my sales person (Darnell Ray) who continually gave me excuse after excuse on why the car hadn’t shipped. Strike 3: After complaining to a manager (Nick) about the outrageously long time it was taking to ship my car he agreed to deduct $200 from the price – but I never received that money. Strike 4: Once my car finally shipped, I found out only on the day of delivery the driver had only agreed to ship to a nearby city (San Jose, not all of the way to my house.) The manager called and explained the situation said he would have to find another driver to finish the delivery, or if I’d pick it up there he’d send $300 to me instead. I agreed to the $300 bucks (didn’t want my car to sit in another city abandoned for another 3 weeks). BUT, he never sent the check. So, the dealership still owes me $500, which I doubt I’ll ever see. Broke their word to me at least 3 times, don't trust them. More

I wasn't sure if I wanted a used car that had 70,000 miles on it, possibly buying I to someone else's problem, but he did what he knows how to & was able to find me a great reliable car.
