It's a bad idea- No ethics dealership While my salesperson met my expectations to a degree, I can't in my right mind, recommend this dealership to anyone. The customer service is abysmal and it seems that upper management lacks any accountability as well as any shape or form of an ethical code. They do not have respect for their customers and essentially treat people like idiots. Again, while this may not be true about my salesperson, all other interactions I had really made me wonder how they've ever sold a car. I'm truly shocked that in 2016, there are still businesses out there that don't understand how important the customer is or the fact that social media can giveth, and taketh away. I intend to launch a review campaign through all facets of social media to let people know the types of practices, that I deem unethical, are taking place. Remember to contact the Better Business Bureau when you have a complaint like mine, as they are much better suited to deal with these larger companies. I know I will be doing that directly after this. Thanks for taking the time to read my review, and may all of your vehicle endeavors be much more fruitful than mine. More

Such an amazing quick expierence! I went into Peak Kia in a dire situation. Desperate and knowing I was loosing thousands of dollars trading my car in. Upside down in a vehicle and pay I went into Peak Kia in a dire situation. Desperate and knowing I was loosing thousands of dollars trading my car in. Upside down in a vehicle and paying an extremely amount each month. I sat down with Mike Toporosky and he truly helped me with my financial situation, got me in a 2015 vehicle and onto a leasing program that I could not resist. Paid off my loan as well! First Time Kia buyer Grant Harrell and Sean Simpson made our car buying experience pleasant from the first contact. We asked Grant for a Soul and what range of price we w Grant Harrell and Sean Simpson made our car buying experience pleasant from the first contact. We asked Grant for a Soul and what range of price we were looking for. Grant had a black base model ready for a test drive upon arrival. After the test drive we were sold, until we explored the floor model in white with awesome leather interior. Grant was way ahead of us having the financial break down on the black model already to view. Showing interest in the floor model Grant didn't flinch getting a breakdown on the floor model compared to the test drive model. With a few more upgrades than the test drive model, Grant was able to get us into the floor model for a small increase in the monthly payment but still keeping it in our desired price range. No haggling or debate over price, Grant came out with a low price that worked for us. Grant then turned us over to the most pleasant finance manger Sean Simpson. Sean was equally as great as Grant; assisting us with extra warranty options and service options that will keep us coming to the dealership for routine maintenance on our new Soul, and most likely our next new purchase when it is time for a new car. Just a note the dealership is great as well - very clean and warming making us feel at home with a great customer waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks. Thank you the Schwindts More
