Pushy!! I went here looking to trade my car in. The guy I was put with (I don't recall his name) was very pushy and didn't listen to anything I was saying. He I went here looking to trade my car in. The guy I was put with (I don't recall his name) was very pushy and didn't listen to anything I was saying. He was trying to sell me a $20,000 car when I was fine with getting a used $12,000 car. He kept telling me my payments would be more if I went to a cheaper car. I'm not an idiot, that's not even true! Needless to say I left there after 2 hours of telling this guy over and over that I didn't want a brand new car. I went to Kuni Honda (a month later because I was so upset about how I was treated at Peak Kia - like a young girl that didn't know what she was talking about and could be sold anything!) and got an amazing new car for much less than what Peak Kia was trying to sell me. And they actually listened! More

He was so patient with me as I am a very indecisive person at times. He didn't try to rush me or push me into buying something I was not quite ready for. A lot of other dealerships will make you feel like you are wasting their time if you don't exactly know what you are shopping for at the moment. I feel like I need to see and try out several cars before I know exactly what I want and feel like I'm making the right choice, after all this is a HUGE financial commitment. Mike sincerely seemed to understand my process and made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. If I have a choice between two cars and one of them is at The Peak Kia dealership then I will be buying at Peak. I hope I get Mike T. to help me buy my car too. Thank you. More
