Months and months went by, and finally, they said they couldn't fix it. They did not offer to replace it or make things right. The car is sitting with flat tires in their lot. We have now made 11 payments to Kia and have no car to drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporate Kia doesn't care and hasn't had a resolution either. BOTTOM LINE - DON'T BUY A KIA! KIA CORP AND PEAK KIA DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!! More
So a week ago, my problems Peak Kia Littleton started. I was running out of time to.buy a car as the rental company wanted theirs back. I had just finished Fan Expo Denver and was looking forward to going I was running out of time to.buy a car as the rental company wanted theirs back. I had just finished Fan Expo Denver and was looking forward to going to a friend's house for a BBQ that evening. That left me with most of the day to car shop. After test driving one, I reached out to my next stop, the aforementioned Peak Kia. Their phone system directed me to sales where I waited for 20 mins listening to their maddening jingle "Peak Kia. It's a great idea!'. I saw their was a feature on their website to text someone directly, which I got an immediate response. The person apologized for my wait on the phone, and would love to schedule a test drive today. They said they'd have someone reach out immediately. I and my guest Anna, drove across town figuring if they were too busy to pick up the phone, we could be there before they called back. Understand, this was a 30 min drive feom my house with today's gas prices. We get there and a security guard tells us the place is closed. "But how could it be? The phone didn't say they were closed, nor did the helpful person...it was an AI, wasn't it?" Sure enough, the intuitive AI had fooled me by apologizing for the long wait on the phone. We had wasted an opportunity and gas, so we just went to the BBQ which was much farther than my side of town now, wasting more gas. Now, understand this. I think it's awesome they gave their entire staff the whole holiday weekend off. I think more businesses should support their staff that way. Peak Kia must be doing quite well to be able to take a loss financially Ike, as holiday weekends with their extra shopping day are prime money making days. Kudos for that. The next day, when I brought this up, the sales person was not remotely apologetic, even bragging about working for a company that gives employees the weekend off. He didnt act as if he cared that i wasted an afternoon driving across town. So, I was done with them. Until several days later, unable to find what I wanted, I decided to try again. Again, a different guy than the first was not sorry I'd wasted my time on the 4th. He even pointed out the remodel that was going on to expand the showroom. So, clearly, this dealership is not struggling. When I explained my situation, that my car had ben totaled and I no extra money than what the settlement had given me. I was told basically they could not work with me, making me an offer still $1000 over what I could pay. And even though they offered to repaint the trunk they'd damaged, they said they could not go halfway to my price, $500 less than their no haggle price. They would sell it, and I was SOL. And understand, I am fully supportive of business having to survive in a tough tough climate right now. I also understand that there is supposedly a shortage of cars out there (though I had no trouble finding cars, just not the one I wanted) so I don't begrudge anyone for doing business. It's the customer experience that matters though and several other businesses did not make me feel the way these guys did, even when they couldn't match my price. They were sympathetic and caring, but I didn't get that from PK. So this why I plan to keep showcasing their poor customer service. I have many reviews lambasting them, especially in the service department. I might just share a few in the days to come. My hope if that if I can save even one person from having to deal with them, then my job is done. #peakkiaitsabadidea More
Marc helped make my leasing experience effortless. He is very detailed oriented and honest. Marc makes you feel like you are his only client and kept me up to date on the status of my car coming in. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP unless you like getting ripped off! Three of our 4 vehicles are Kia's. All purchased at another, "honest dealership." Let me start by saying everything was great at the ripped off! Three of our 4 vehicles are Kia's. All purchased at another, "honest dealership." Let me start by saying everything was great at the beginning. Grant was a tremendous help in securing a vehicle that was coming into the dealership. Grant helped my son throughout the sale and was very helpful with questions my son had prior to the sale. This dealership does not like to give you a price breakdown prior to going into finance. No chance to ask what all the fees are that this dealer is adding into the lease. (I've never had this problem while purchasing/leasing any other of the dozen+ vehicles I've owned). This dealer added in nearly a $1000. in fees for things that KIA Motors already pay the dealers to do prior to delivery. I know this based on my 3 previous KIA purchases. I have also shown the lease paperwork to my local dealer, and they agree that the sale is marked up with unordinary fees. Why not just be honest upfront and say, we're marking up the vehicle over MSRP. That would make the decision easier prior to purchase time. The extra fees that were added raised the monthly payment and made it impossible to do a 15K miles/yr lease and my son had to settle for a 12K miles/yr lease so he could stay on budget. Secondly my son wanted to register the vehicle in his home state (as he moved to Colorado for school) and was told upfront that it would not be a problem for a $200. fee (sounds normal with the extra paperwork involved). This happens all over the country every day of the week. When he got into financing everything went south. All the additional fees popped up raising what the estimated payment should have been. Again, there was no disclosure on any of these fees prior. Then for some reason they would not register the vehicle out of state. He was going to register it in his home state for insurance purposes to keep it all in the same policy. Since he is under 25, the rates are much higher on his own. This was my son's first solo buying experience and it turned into a very negative one for him. Grant treated him very well, but everyone afterwards seemed very demeaning to him. They questioned how he could have such a high credit score, asked him what kind of credit limit he had on his American Express account. They basically made him feel like he was lying and trying to scam them out of a vehicle. They made a comment about registering it out of state that he couldn't because if they needed to repossess it, they need to have the vehicle at a local address. What kind of a way is this to treat a young person trying to buy their first vehicle on their own. It's ashamed that trying to raise your kid responsibly, establish good buying habits, establish good credit and it still doesn't help when dealing with unscrupulous people. WOW! I've reached out to KIA Customer Care and have not heard anything back yet. Bottom line... Grant is the only GREAT thing that happened at this dealer. (Grant if you read this, you should seek out a KIA dealership that has some integrity). This dealership is very dishonest. Do not trust them. More

we tried buying a new EV6 at several dealerships and found that they were all charging an additional dealer markup on these hard to get cars. It was not unusual to see an additional $5000 to $15000 bei found that they were all charging an additional dealer markup on these hard to get cars. It was not unusual to see an additional $5000 to $15000 being added to the msrp. Marc was the only salesperson and Peak Kia the only dealer that had the honesty and integrity to sell us our new car for MSRP plus D&H and taxes. In the long run they will benefit greatly because we will never forget the fact that we were treated fairly and not price-gouged. We will always buy from Marc and recommend him to others. As for those other dealers who tried to take advantage of the situation we will never again consider any of them for a car purchase and will actively discourage anyone we know from considering them. Hats off to Marc and Peak Kia. We love our new EV6. More
I brought my Sorento in for a scheduled oil change service on 4/2/22. I did have an appointment and upon arrival I pulled in and waited….normally an advisor would come out but not this time. I got service on 4/2/22. I did have an appointment and upon arrival I pulled in and waited….normally an advisor would come out but not this time. I got my personal belongings from my vehicle and went inside and the gal asked if I had an appointment and I replied yes. She got my information and indicated they were running 1:45 behind…. I hesitated as I had my sister and dog with me and had an appointment for this reason. I told her I needed to check with her and if she wanted to wait……meanwhile, I walked outside the building and the advisor was checking my car mileage, etc., and must’ve thought I couldn’t hear her rude remarks to the other employee in the drop off area, about me! I turned and looked at her and said “pardon me” and she immediately started making excuses that it was another lady she was on the phone with who wanted an oil change, too, etc! Really? Had I not driven 20 miles to have my car serviced, I would have just gotten my vehicle and left… I have been coming to PEAK KIA twice a year, since my purchase in 5/17 as I did purchase a service package for the oil changes, etc. I have never been treated so rudely. Well, it did take 1:45 minutes for my oil change only. I went back to see if my vehicle was completed and the guy had just brought my keys out. The gal quickly told me she was taking care of my oil change….okay, it’s already paid for and I told her so and she said Well you got a free one…I understand Covid and the issues it has caused, however, treating a customer rudely is no excuse. She did say my car checked out fine but I she did not go over anything like my past advisor had. I was then walked out and shown where my car was….oh, yes I did want my free courtesy wash that was offered but that didn’t happen either…I didn’t want to continue to wait, again. I guess I can take my business elsewhere. More
