Complete lack of customer service and professionalism! My wife purchased a 2021 KIA Telluride from this dealership about a year ago. It now has 8300 miles on it and can not hold oil. A quick google search My wife purchased a 2021 KIA Telluride from this dealership about a year ago. It now has 8300 miles on it and can not hold oil. A quick google search of "2021 Telluride Leaking Oil" you will find hundreds of reports from customers and dealerships noting that the seal fails on these oil filter housings after extreme colds (like we had here in Colorado last week when this started). Instead, the dealership is trying to put it on the oil change company (much like several others online report their "warranty specialist" tried to do to them) stating that they somehow cracked the housing during the oil change. The oil was changed in July. It is March. There is zero chance this car drove 8 months without a problem. On top of all of this, I can not get a call back whatsoever from the dealership to find out the status, had to pay out of pocket to have their lemon towed back to them, and wasn't provided any type of temporary transportation to get us by. Absolute disgrace of a dealership from the top down! More

This dealership really got the job done. Everyone knows that ordering a car right now is a difficult, complicated process. We were coming from Germany to Colorado for a military move and we needed a second that ordering a car right now is a difficult, complicated process. We were coming from Germany to Colorado for a military move and we needed a second car. For months in 2021, we were trying to secure a new SUV through the military auto representatives on post in Germany. For months, we were delayed and cancelled on repeatedly. We finally got fed up and got in contact with Mark at Peak Kia in Littleton. From that first contact, Mark has taken care of us like we were his family. Mark got our vehicle ordered to our specifications and delivered it exactly how we wanted it ahead of the schedule he gave us. Mark didn’t know this, but Kelly actually starts her new job on Monday (today is Saturday) and we needed this Kia Telluride for her to get back and forth to work. Mark got us the ride at a perfect time and we couldn’t be happier. On top of everything logistically being handled to our liking, Mark was an outstanding personality. When we met, it felt like we have known him forever. I would seriously get a beer with Mark anytime. He’s a great guy and made our visit an outstanding one. All in all, our experience was a 10 out of 10. We couldn’t be happier with Peak Kia, the staff, the facilities, the assistance, and the vehicle we received. If we ever decide to buy a vehicle before we leave the Colorado area, I want to buy it from Peak Kia and I want my affairs handled by Mark. Outstanding experience. More

Then I myself found out that t BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP I had a New 2022 Kia Seltos S coming in and they assured me it was Cherry Black exterior. Then I myself found out that the car they had coming for me was Gray. I informed my dealer (Mike Topolosky) it wasn't what he had promised. He then proceeded to neglect any blame for this mishap. Mind you, it was around 2 days before the car was supposed to arrive! I was upset and explained that I had already lined up my insurance because the car was coming in just a few days. He then made in fun of the fact that I had insurance so early for a car I hadn't yet gotten, which is extremely rude. Without taking responsibility, he kept telling me how hard his job was (which isn't my concern). Finally after calling the manager, they said they were trying to trade the gray vehicle for a black one I wanted in the first place. He promised to keep me up to date but has yet to make constant communication. I have to always reach out first and he never gives me a straight answer. This is my first vehicle I was going to buy and the experience is a total nightmare! Still waiting to this day to even see if I can get my car or not. It has been a problem for over a month! Stephanie was my attentive, helpful, and thorough sales associate, her manager Nick worked with me on the pricing of my Niro to help Nick, and Rocco. Stephanie was my attentive, helpful, and thorough sales associate, her manager Nick worked with me on the pricing of my Niro to help it fit into my budget, and Rocco in finance helped me to understand my first lease and answered my many questions. I would suggest Peak Kia, and Stephanie specifically, to anyone, and I would highly suggest a Kia Niro to anyone interested in a hybrid, plug-in, or all electric vehicle. The best part was when Stephanie helped me understand all the many features of my Niro. It has so many cool things that I don't think I would have ever known if she had not taken the time to show me.
