CJ was friendly, and professional from the start. He definitely didn't make us feel like we were "2nd class citizens" even though we felt we were because our credit wasn't the best. I remember telling a story to CJ about how my husband and I laughed at the Lexus commercials that showed the new cars with the bow on them and said, "even though this isn't a new car, it's new to me!" I walked out of Peak Kia with my first brand new car and I could not be happier. After talking to Austin on the phone and crunching numbers, we were thinking about checking out a new Optima. After looking around the show room though, we decided to check out the Rio and he was very accommodating. My experience with peak kia was GREAT! I was referred by a client of mine, I was told I would be taken care of at this dealership. We all know how stressful the car buying experience can be. I came in one evening before close just to get an idea, i was never once pressured by Paul to buy a vehicle that evening. I came back that weekend and was back and forth about what I wanted, i even went to the nissan dealership next door....once again I was never pressured. I took Paul on a wild goose chase and went on 3 different test drives. He never once complained. I finally decided on a 2014 Kia optima. When it came to signing Paul had to deal with me not settling, in the end I ended up paying what I wanted. Paul taught me the ins and outs of my new car, there were lots of gadgets and he knew all about them. From the moment I walked in i felt comfortable. During my time with paul I was informed that once a month the dealership has a party with great prize giveaways....the grand prize would be a years worth of free payments. I was told i needed to be in attendance to qualify. I showed up to the event, ate a great dinner that they provided, drank a glass of wine that they provided. Upon arriving i had to take a guess at how much money was in a coin jar. i took a shot in the dark. i finished eating dinner and waited for the big moment. Long story short I WON!!!!! I was presented a check from peak kia for $5,200. i think they deserve the best reviews not only because i left a winner but because they allowed everybody that purchased a vehicle to have the same chance i did. I would like to thank everybody from peak kia that made my experience AMAZING. I hope that when you all decide to purchase a vehicle yours is as great as mine was. ASK FOR PAUL!!!!
