I recently leased a 2013 Kia Sorento from the guys are Peak Kia. This is my second time back after purchasing a 2011 Kia Soul from Chris Neira a few years ago. I liked everything about the Kia Soul except that it wasn't the most comfortable vehicle for my long daily commute to and from work. I sent in an internet request and quickly got a response back from Matt Sandoval. While I was waiting to hear back from him, I later got a call from Shannon Nicoletti. We spoke about what I was looking to do to trade out of my Soul and into an AWD Kia Sorento. I wanted to keep my payments as close to what I was already paying and let him know I didn't have much money down. After giving him all the info, and sending my credit info on their website I waited to hear. Of course I wanted to make sure this could all work out before driving past 2 other Kia dealers to get to Peak Kia. I then got a phone call from Chris. WOW!! What a surprise, he remembered who I was and now as a manager he could sell me my new Sorento. He spoke with me about why I should convert to a lease instead of a purchase and answered all my questions. My payment did go up a little from what I was paying on the Soul, but who wouldn't expect that going to an AWD and 6cylinder. Anyway, I ended up down at the dealership that same night, drove the vehicle and while on the test-drive it starts snowing. I do drive 60 miles a day to and from work, so I hear from Shannon, how the AWD will be amazing and that alone sold me! Less worries now for the long commute and an amazing car!! I can't wait to go back for the fun party they are having! I hope I'm the one to get a YEARS WORTH OF PAYMENTS!! Thanks a bunch Shannon, Matt and Chris. I will be back when this lease is up! More

I would like to give a compliment to the staff on the excellent service provided to myself and my family. That is exactly what a car buying experience should be. My sales person was Andy. Andy was extremely personable, aware of customer time, knowledgeable and did not give the sense that we were being pressured to purchase something. The manager, Brian, was also a pleasure to work with. We have been to many dealerships before coming to PEAK KIA, and in one scenario felt as though we had the best SUV lease for my wife, we felt extremely pressured, rushed and made our experience I leased the Optima Hybrid fully loaded and I could not be happier. I am all of a sudden the biggest fan of KIA. I have been driving BMW’s and Acura’s for the last 10 years for the luxury experience, drive, gadgets, etc. (I traded my wife’s SAAB for the Optima), but the drive, fuel efficiency, safety, unbelievable amount of added luxuries of the KIA’s made me change my mind fast. The price is a lot better than previous cars, the warranty is far superior and the maintenance cost is a given. Thank you PEAK KIA for everything. I now look forward to my next visit giving up my BMW X3 for either a new Sportage or Sorento. See you soon. More

This was our second visit to Peak Kia. We came to the dealership last Feb and left without a vehicle because we could not get the payments where they needed to be. We returned a year later, in a better dealership last Feb and left without a vehicle because we could not get the payments where they needed to be. We returned a year later, in a better financial situation and able to afford a higher payment, only to be disappointed again. We test drove a used Sorento LX (2012 low miles) and liked the vehicle. We sat down to work numbers and they were offering $5000 under blue book value for our trade (and would not budge). I asked what price they were using for the Sorento and the salesman said $26,000.00. I then said that the internet showed the price of the vehicle as $23988. He said that could have been a different vehicle but he would check into it. I then told him that every one of the 2012 Sorentos on the internet were priced at $23988 or $23588. He did not have a response. The salesperson came back a few min later to inform us that our payments would be in the high $600's/month. He said the interest rate was 13% and we told him that we have never paid more than 7.5% interest on a car loan and that couldn't be right. We told him that was not affordable for us and he then had the idea of trying to sell us a new 2013 Sorento LX because there were rebates that could help offset the negative equity in our trade in. At that time, we told him that we had another car at home that was paid off and we would consider trading that it the price was right. He sent us home in the new Sorento (without a dealer plate) to get the other car and the title. When we came back, the salesperson asked for the keys so the sales manager could go appraise the second vehicle. (We had done our homework and we knew that blue book value for the trade in was $8500 and that we would like to get around $6000 for it). The salesperson came back and said that the sales manager would not give more than $3500 for the trade in. So, it was not much help in wiping out the negative equity but that he got our payments "down" to $620/month. We said that was not acceptable and why could they not work some numbers? More for each trade in? Lower the price of the new vehicle? Nothing. At that point the salesman said he would be right back and he retuned with both sets of keys to our vehicles and said he would call us later and maybe he would get the good manager, that is more willing to deal, later in the day. WHAT??? So we left the dealership and decided to look next door at Go Nissan....WOW! What a difference a dealership makes. They offered almost $3000 extra for our trade ins and took almost $11000 (due to repaired hail damage that you cannot see and dealer rebates) off of a Murano SL. This car is far more luxurious than the Sorento LX and a far superior vehicle. The payments are $548/month and the interest rate is 6.29%. I'll let you do the math. The most unfortunate part is that most customers will only see the good reviews on the Peak Kia website. I have read through all the bad reviews here and many customers have suffered the same experience. Some how they are still in business. What a shame. More

What is crazy is we had never heard of Peak Kia, we knew we liked the Kia, but weren't necessarily going to buy one. We were leaning toward a Ford, so we drove south toward Phil Long Ford because they had a huge selection. We decided to look at the Kia before we went to look at the Fords. We never left the Kia dealership, we bought right then! More
Fantastic service by Chad and Brett in the service department. I have owned many different luxury cars and their service and customer lounge is amount the best I have ever received! And as a nice touch not only did they clean my vehicle, they cleaned the interior, floor mats and went the extra mile to essentially detail the car as if it was brand new! I really appreciate the prompt service and little things they do to make your experience the best it could be. And, if you do go in for service the customer lounge has wonderful massage chairs, a workout facility as well as fresh baked cookies!!!! Regards, Rex Williams More

We used Matt in May of 2011 to trade in our two cars for new used cars. We were highly impressed with the quality of service we received from Matt. Peak Kia was our first and only choice in car dealerships when we were ready to buy a bigger truck. When we arrived on January 4th, we asked for Matt, hoping he would be available to work with us again. We were very pleased when he was there. Granted, we would have been happy with anyone, but already having that relationship built with Matt, it was calming to know we were able to work with him.
