I had been researching this car for a while and finally decided to check them out. Lisa was outside waiting for us when we pulled in to the dealership (and was super nice about us moving back the appointment time 30 minutes - sorry Lisa!) We looked at the inventory on the lot and took one for a test drive. We fell in love with the SX model, however, the color we wanted was not on the lot. Lisa was able to locate the color and model we really wanted at a different dealership and she personally took care of the transportation to get the new car to us on Monday. She was also able to lend us a car in between Saturday when we traded in our old car to Monday when we picked up the new one. Sean in financing was also great! He was able to work out a great deal for us on this car with some special extras that were greatly appreciated. On Monday when I picked up the car Lisa took the time to sit with me and we were able to set up my phone/blue tooth connection and went though the ins-and-outs of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Lisa was exceptional in every way possible. There was never any pressure to buy at anytime and she answered all of our many questions with a smile . . . even when we had her hopping from her desk to financing quite a few times. Thank you Lisa and Sean for making this experience such a great one! More
Lisa was good, she wasn't very pushy. The transaction went okay, took more time then we thought it should have taken. We were a little upset that the car we purchased only came with one keyless remote a went okay, took more time then we thought it should have taken. We were a little upset that the car we purchased only came with one keyless remote and no offer of them getting us another one. The price of the car was pretty much on par with other dealerships around the area. Had to return to re-sign paperwork and they were good about topping off my tank (not a big benefit seeing that I had just filled the tank earlier in the day). We had to bring the car back within a week for a repair for a warning light that came on only to have them fix that and make another light come on. Will take the car to another dealer for repair. More

Researched SUVs and settled on a Sportage Although we had the SX model in mind, we decided on the EX madel. We were sitting on the fence and Paul O'Farrell explained the differences, asked how we would use t the SX model in mind, we decided on the EX madel. Once complete, Paul called us and waas waiting for us when we arrived the next day to test drive (and eventually purchase) the Sportage. Couldn't be happier about how smooth the whole thing went. My boyfriend and I walked into the dealership for no reason, other than to browse, and by the end of the day, we had a new car. We weren't pressured into buying more than we needed, and they were great in negotiating the numbers with us. Would recommend, anytime. As for the dealership, itself, I found it to be quite comfortable and nicely decorated. The waiting area was nicely furnished and quite fancy - massage chairs and really yummy coffee. More
