Everyone at Peak Kia was friendly and patient. I never felt pressured or that anyone was trying to get me to buy a car that I didn't want or need. I don't respond well to high pressure sales. It was a comfortable and relaxed buying experience which I really appreciate. I needed an experience like this more than I can express because my car had just been totaled and I had every intention to keep it and drive it for a long while to come. I had not intended to buy a car any time soon. I feel that Paul and the people at Peak Kia do everything they can to understand the customer and make a car buying experience the best it can be. More

My husband and I wanted to buy a new car BUT did not want to sit at the dealership for 8 hours just to hear that the deal wouldn't work or that we needed more money down than what we could afford, so yes we to sit at the dealership for 8 hours just to hear that the deal wouldn't work or that we needed more money down than what we could afford, so yes we were a little worried about the whole thing. My husband contacted Peak Kia and he was then contacted by John Morgan from Peak Kia, I have to say my husband was very impressed that John understood what we wanted and how to proceed with selling us a car. John was very straight forward with us through the whole deal. We appreciated that very much. We went to the dealership 3 days earlier than planned and John fit us right in and took us straight to the SUV we had been talking about buying, as we were looking at the vehicle he answered all our questions and even dealt with me not really being sure if that was the right vehicle for us. I asked him if he could show us a different model in our price range and he was happy to oblige and again answered our questions. John just really knew what we wanted and we are so happy that he did. We got a brand new vehicle in our price range and we were at the dealership 3 hours. We highly recommend John to anyone who wants to buy a new vehicle. Thank you John for every thing. My initial visit was simply to test drive a vehicle. I was in "initial exploration," having already test driven a Hyundai Tucson. I had originally thought driving a Sorrento woud be good, but after seeing the cars on the lot that had been hail damaged, I like how the Sportages looked. I initially spoke with Paul over the phone before visiting Peak. He was very low-key (which I liked) and asked a number of initial questions. He showed his experience in the business; I asked pretty specific questions, covering them like a laundry list of items I knew I was comparing. He was perceptive, patient, inquisitive, and informative...in the right order and helpful overall. My greater impression after signing on the dotted line and buying the car -- Peak Kia sales folks don't drop the ball after the sale has been made. Comprehensively reviewing little things about the car, "walking through" basic essentials made this one of the best purchase experiences without being over- whelming or over-bearing.
