Paul was awesome. We were referred to you by our boss, she showed us her Serento and we loved it. After talking and meeting with Paul we were sold. He kept us updated all afternoon on the progress of things since we were at work and he was at work and helping to take care of things for us before we got to Littleton. Originally, we were wanting a Honda. I had emailed both Honda and Peak Kia and within minutes Paul called us. Honda called 1 hour later. That told us a lot about how you run your business and your sales people. Everyone there was very kind and always had a smile. Paul showed us where to get coffee and a massage while we were waiting for them to finish the paperwork, which was great by the way. I have to say, buying a car is very stressful, but this was the least stressful of them all. When it came to the paperwork everything was explained, questions were answered. We were very happy. Paul took us out to our new Sorento and explained every detail, from the complicated and the not so complicated. He even synced our phones for us! Thank you so much Paul and Peak Kia!! I wouldn't recommend them only because when buying a used car on a tight budget for a family of 5 going in we weren't sure about the car we had chosen. But we decided to give them a chance because they had g car on a tight budget for a family of 5 going in we weren't sure about the car we had chosen. But we decided to give them a chance because they had good reviews and we were told they wouldn't sell a car less than perfect because there used cars were chosen with care as well as the new ones. I trusted this but we bought our Honda Pilot from them which first glance the car was not that great looking. They took care of the seat for us in the deal but I feel we got ripped off. We took our Honda into Honda of Greeley they did not even sell us the car but have given us a break and worked on the vehicle for us things that the dealership should have not bypassed or I feel have even placed the vehicle on their lot for anyone to buy without fixing first. First our gas you can not pump over 20-40 cents without it spewing gas back out at you. It takes 30 minutes to pump 15 dollars which is highly inconvient when you have 3 kids in the heat or cold. And especially since we are leaving on a trip soon. Second the DVD player is broke does not even work. They advertised this car with working DVD player and also a AV input for IPOD which this car does not even have. Third the Air conditioning in the back did not work it wouldn't even come out of the back. We had Honda repair this for us. Fourth the oil pan is leaking. A bad leak that has been happening when we got the car. This was looked at and we were told it had been for awhile. A costly repair that could lead to engine damage if not fixed. Next the windshield wiper fluid hose was broke and instead of capping it like they should have and fixed the simple hose it was duct taped. No joke I have a paper that says it was duct taped. And most of all the brakes and rotors were warped completely. So when we test drove the car the dealership didn't even try to replace the bad brakes which could have resulted in something worse. That should just be fixed before even placing a car on the lot. Honda of Greeley has been wonderful working with us. But I think for the price we paid for this car we have only owned it since February and have had to put a lot of money into it its not worth what they charged us for it at all. I think they were trying to get rid of a melon of a car and we were there pawns. The ones they choose to sell. Obviously thats what I get for trusting a dealership that I was referred to by several people. I guess we just weren't important customers or something because I was referred and was told great things. I know that they will review this and probably throw it out because its not a good review. But I need to say this because we have no money and a car we owe a lot on and costly repairs stuff that should just work when you buy a car. Or should at least be looked at. When they said they would look at our gas problem when they fixed the seat they didn't even look at it they just filled the tank and never said anything. They said they would look at it for us but they didnt they just gave us a full tank and pushed us out the door. I understand you may have many satisfactory custumers but we aren't and obviously that might not matter because you have more happy than none. We just wont be recommending you to anyone and I will tell everyone down here to not use you at all. I already have. More

This was our first look at Kia, and she was helpful and patient as we looked at different models. We will recommend Kia and Lisa to others who need that type of vehicle. Our needs were for something high-powered and sporty now that the kids are gone, but we were very impressed with Lisa and with your line of vehicles.
