I gave a Great rating to Peak Kia in Littleton, CO because I went to a different Kia dealership as well as a Chevy dealership prior to buying... and was treated very poorly. The sales people were obviously part of the "good ole boys" club and didn't think that a young woman(31)like myself would be knowledgeable about cars and how cars are priced nor did they think I would care about anything other than the accessories. When I asked about mechanics they were condescending.I grew up with a father (mechanic) who taught me everything about cars and in 2012 I would think dealerships would be aware that women are the main decision makers in households these days and are educating themselves about buying cars. When I went to Peak Kia in Littleton and worked with Shannon, he was the exact opposite from the men I spoke with at the other dealerships. He was complimentary of the obvious research I had done on the vehicle I wanted, he was easy to work with, he was respectful of me and did not assume I only wanted 'accessories.' I really enjoyed working with Shannon and he is the reason I bought my car that day and didn't think twice about it! I knew I was going to buy from someone who treated me with dignity and respect so of course I would bring my business to such a professional as Shannon Nicoletti at Peak Kia in Littleton. More

I have always been wary of walking into a car dealership because the sales people have seemed too eager, but Chris was not like that. He listened. He didn't push and he was personable. My wife and I had never been to a Kia dealer before. This is the first auto dealership we've have been to where we didn't have sales people flocking to our car as soon as we drove in. I was originally told my vehicle would arrive by the end of March. I got it a month early at the end of February. That was a great surprise. Shannon was great to work with! I called three Kia dealerships and this location by far had the best customer service! Shannon was very patient with me (I couldn't make up my mind on color options).
