I normally hate car shopping, you find more often then not salesman that make me uncomfortable, are pushy and don't listen to what you say you want and are just in it to make a sale. We were able to look around the lot without the pressure of a salesman looming over us and when we were ready to take a truck out for a drive Mason was there ready to help and answer any questions we had. He was friendly and personable which set me right at ease so I didn't feel like getting it over with and getting out of there like I had at other dealerships. We were a bit skeptical that the truck could be what we'd been looking for, we'd been looking for a truck for 6 weeks and had yet to find one that ran well with decent mileage for the asking price, most "deals" felt like a rip off. Going to Peak Kia and finding this truck seemed to good to be true. They worked with us on price and we were able to get exactly what we were looking for, for a price we could afford. The process was quick and easy and we felt like they valued the customer instead of just making a sale. We will be back next time we are in need of a vehicle, our experience was that good. As for Mason Mac Murray, I will highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle give him a call. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle, answered all questions with ease and confidence in his answers, he was easy to talk to and made this anxious car shopper feel quickly at ease. I have purchased 5 cars in my lifetime and this by far the best experience I have had. Since we paid cash we didn't get as in depth experience with their financing department but the interaction we did have gave us confidence that should we ever need to finance the experience would be just as easy. I highly recommend Peak Kia and Mason Mac Murray to anyone looking for reliable vehicles, good prices and amazing customer service. More

I live in the Panhandle of Nebraska which is over 3 hours away. I found a car online I liked and was lucky enough to talk to Paul. He found a better model and even went down and picked it up. I initially made an inquiry via telephone about a pre-owned Ford F-150 advertised on the internet. I spoke with Nick Wehrer. I had two questions about the vehicle. Nick patiently answered all my questions and subsequently provided me with an offer to trade my 2008 pickup in for their 2010 Ford F-150. There were several items that I wanted corrected on the pickup before I took delivery....not only did Peak Kia fix my items of concern but found one other major item that I had overlooked and fixed that also. The entire experience was delightful from beginning to end....not like many of my past buying experiences at other dealers.....and Nick orchestrated the entire process!
