The sales department is awesome. Kristy Lawson is a wonderful salesperson that goes out of her way to please. And the people in servce are just as wonderful. However the quality of the vehicle I purcha wonderful salesperson that goes out of her way to please. And the people in servce are just as wonderful. However the quality of the vehicle I purchased is very poor. I've had it back at the dealership for repairs more than once. The wondows are still givivng me trouble, the one fuel injector had to be replaced and now I am having internal motor problems deep inside which tells me I bought a lemon. You would think after 3 times and having Peak Kia service saying everything is fixed come get it that there are problems taht are being overlooked. I am very dissapointed and am not one to complain ever. But I am seriously concerned on what's going on with the quality control of these vehicles. Hope that we can work this out. Oh my goodness. I totaled my Spectra just over a week ago. I have been trying to figure out how to get a new car that has the safety we had in my 07 Spectra. This team helped me figure it all out. They started before I came in on Friday night, and called Saturday morning, my loan was approved. All I needed to do was come in and look at cars I was approved for. When we arrived, the wait for someone that knew what was going was a bit tedious, but I have 3 kids under the age of 7. We tested a few vehicles and they helped watch out for the kids (awesome they do this for a single mom). I left several hours later, paperwork takes a bit of time. And Andrew fired up the grill and cooked the kids some dinner! This is my second Kia, I hope to come back for another in a few years. More

John was great. You could tell he was there to help me with whatever I needed. He not only honestly and genuinely answered whatever questions I had but informed us about things he thought I should know an with whatever I needed. We were able to walk the lot without be attacked which was great but it did take some time to have someone help us even after we asked for assistance.
