Absolutely painless experience. Paul not only listened to my needs/wants, but actually heard me and didn't try to talk me into something I couldn't afford. Paul gave me his full attention, and I drove out of the dealership in a new car and with no buyers remorse. Paul took me through the whole process from test drive to paperwork to driving out of the lot quickly, efficiently and painlessly and he made sure I understood each step of the way. Paul never once left me alone while he went back and forth to supposedly see if he couldn't get me a "little better deal" from his finance guy, he never once said "what will it take to get you to buy a car today?" or "Let me leave you with the key so you can bond with it."
