Maintenance advisor did not do most of what I asked her to do. My floors wasn’t topped off my windshield wiper fluid, which I asked about to be refilled was totally empty no information regarding my tire s to do. Issac is an awesome service rep, I was ready to take my business elsewhere after previous service in December where the rep was distracted by windshield replacement team, which I was recommended to do, I c business elsewhere after previous service in December where the rep was distracted by windshield replacement team, which I was recommended to do, I came for oil change and tire rotation. Received oil change and the windshield replacement recommendation. Tires were not rotated, and no explanation why. I felt like I got the “bums rush”. As it came time for the next service I was apprehensive to book an appointment but when I called and was told Issac was back, I knew I would get the best service and I did! I got oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid and transmission fluid changed and battery checked plus a bonus car wash😀 peace of mind is worth so much Thank You and your service department 🙏🏻 More
