Bank customer service. They don’t listen to the buyer. Spent 2 1/2 hours for them to jerk me around. My dealership experience was excellent with the single problem f the second smart key not working which required having to wait several days to obtai My dealership experience was excellent with the single problem f the second smart key not working which required having to wait several days to obtain a working key. I also had to return a month later to deal because the oil service light came on after only 1000 miles after purchase and the battery was defective and had to be replaced. This was a certified used car. Both problems were dealt with promptly by your service department I would recommend Pearson Nissan to others. Thank you. More
