On Saturday afternoon, I discovered a dead battery. I called Pearson and was told to bring it in. After getting a jump start from a friend, I arrived at Pearson at about 3pm. I was on my way with a new I called Pearson and was told to bring it in. After getting a jump start from a friend, I arrived at Pearson at about 3pm. I was on my way with a new battery in less than 30 minutes. That's definitely not what I expected on a Saturday afternoon! I am more than happy with their service. More
