I understand your service advisors work on commission but always trying to double your bill for an oil change. Telling me I needed new tires when I purchased new tires about a year ago. We were immediately welcomed at the door with a professional relaxed young man. we were brought inside inside and ask a few questions about What it is we were looking for. I was even relaxed during the test drive. I have this thing about Dealership employees riding with me during a test drive, makes me nervous. But this gentleman Made me feel comfortable.
