Terrible customer service employees standing around talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer specifically asked for the service person to call me on my cell phone when car was don talking to each other and not paying attention to the customer specifically asked for the service person to call me on my cell phone when car was done sat at the restaurant and waited and waited and waited no call came back couldn’t even get The customer service person who signed me in to go over what was done on my car before payment and no cashier had to stand there and wait and wait and wait and wait for a cashier so I could even pay my bill I was very disappointed then coming to Ocala Nissan for eight years and never experienced this bad customer service Was told everyone was in a meeting well what kind of place has a meeting like that during business hours More
