The service people are quick to run to finance and get proof you don’t have an extended warranty even though I overheard them say the car was STILL IN THEIR NAME!! I asked for Clayton, my salesman, who was “busy” with another customer yet came out almost instantly to see if he would help. By the time he came out it was off. He pushed the buttons on my steering wheel and said it was all good to go as we discussed how upset I was then had the audacity to ask if I was ready to trade the car in. I was really pleased with their royal treatment when I bought the car, but that’s only because they know how to pour on the royal xx treatment. BUYER BEWARE - once you sign, they are like any other dealership and no longer give a hoot about you! Amazing how your warranty runs out only a month or two ago. More
