Most of the time it all has to do with the person that you deal with. My representative seemed to be indifferent and unconcerned about what I was saying. If he spoke more that 15 words I think it was to you deal with. My representative seemed to be indifferent and unconcerned about what I was saying. On the positive side, the leaking valve cover( which the altima is infamous for) was replaced promptly. More
