Bed of the truck was filthy with dirt as was some portions of the inside, obviously the inside was simply wiped down, but I did find a quarter and a penny under the front seat. We still aren't sure what the former status of the vehicle is, as we were told it was a "loaner", "new" and "taken in from someone at The Villages" turned out it's a used truck. The major disappointments were the incentives we were told applied for the truck sale, turned out that none applied once we began working on the deal. Individuals on the phone should have and know factual information when speaking with potential clients. This especially applies to potential clients which drive more than an hour from out of town to purchase a vehicle and then find that none of the information provided actually applied. More

The Best Dealership Our Service Advisor is the BEST!!!!!!! We had a problem with our Nissan when leaving the doctor's office. I called the dealership three times and the young lady on the phone was not able to answer any of our questions. Question 1: Would someone from the dealership be able to come pick us up? I have a leg injury and am leaving the office now from having an MRI Question 2: Do you have rental cars? Question 3:I ask to speak to a manager and she stated the manager is not available. Question 4: May I speak to George, our Service Advisor and she stated that he is nor available. She transferred me to his voice mail. Better training needed for personal answering the phone. More

I request Adam as my tech every time my car comes in for maintenance or repairs! He’s one who always deserves applause, make sure you keep him happy there you don’t come across certified technicians like that very often! Lastly Garry is phenomenal!
