I called Sam in the Service Department about having my vehicle looked at . She told me that she had to look into my warranty policy and would call me back in 15 minutes. Had a wheel locks installed , when I went to the vehicle I asked the rep where was the key she had no knowledge. So she went to ask the service person by then I found it myself and it was in the glove comp I asked the rep where was the key she had no knowledge.
