It was by far the most seamless experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. We had an appointment at 7:30 and by 7:45 we were checked in and on our way out the door. I understand your service advisors work on commission but always trying to double your bill for an oil change. Telling me I needed new tires when I purchased new tires about a year ago. I literally driver always trying to double your bill for an oil change. Telling me I needed new tires when I purchased new tires about a year ago. I literally driver 3 miles a day. Then they get upset when you get upset. Last time they were trying to tell me I need over $200 in filters. I will take my business to a small local business where you don’t get bullied into spending additional money! More
