Faith in service department reduced ! Only if the car was under warranty or if certain services had been purchased along with the car. A recall was issued for the break ABS at the time I brought the car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take 2 hours when I returned to pick up the car they said no 4 hrs. Driving the car home everything seemed to be ok. the next morning driving to church. The car would beep, the brake light came on, then the AEB warning light and slip indicator light came on. Then Nissan connect sent me notice and said the brake fluid level was low. I was a nervous wreck worrying that my brake system may not work at all. If I had replaced the break fluid myself and that wasn't the problem then I was afraid that it might void the warranty or Nissan's responsibility to honor the recall. It does not make me have faith in the service department for anything outside of the oil change and tire rotation. Sincerely Valerie Friese More

Disappointing Upon arrival for my appointment I was advised that my maintenance agreement had expired last Nov. It is upsetting that I wasn't told this when I made the appointment. I left two routine service calls on the table. We do not travel a lot and our service intervals are longer then most. I think Pearson Nissan, or Nissan could have forewarned me so that I could have scheduled sooner and not waste time and money. My very first experience 4 years ago made you feel stupid for asking a question. Recently, Very unresponsive, doesn't keep you informed and doesn't return phone calls when they say they will. I strongly believe they knew something was wrong with this car before they sold it to me, knowing that when I brought the car back they would not warranty it. Warranty Dept and Consumer Affairs are all Departments within Nissan USA, so they monopolize the decision. Consumer Affairs is to make sure the customer is being treated fairly however, they told me that it didn't matter what the reports say, it was denied. Nobody will talk to you and the Service Manager, Garry, is very sarcastic, and practically laughs in your face. The General Manager, Tony Bazar doesn't ever acknowledge anything. I have purchased 3 cars from this Dealership and I shouldn't be treated this way. More
