what a great service dept on 9/15/23 while on our way from port charlotte fl to hilton head s.c. our transmission on or 2017 nissan altima went out we were towed to your dealership upon arrival we were g from port charlotte fl to hilton head s.c. our transmission on or 2017 nissan altima went out we were towed to your dealership upon arrival we were greeted by sam ziegaus she gave us outstanding service made a bad situation turn out pleasant from arranging shuttle to and from hotel your service dept had us on the road at 930 am on 9/16 23 with sams help on her day off coordinating everything your shuttle drivers were great helping us unload and load our car which was packed to the max what a great experience sam went above and beyond texting us along our way checking how car was running and wish us a safe trip when it comes time to buy a new vehicle we will drive the 3 hrs to pearson nissan its good to still care about their jobs and show real proffesionalism sincerely karen &mike miller More
