It appears that your service technician needs more training. After having it in the shop 3 times I finally had it towed to an Infinity dealership and repair shop. I paid 1500 the first time. 10 mins a training. After having it in the shop 3 times I finally had it towed to an Infinity dealership and repair shop. I paid 1500 the first time. 10 mins after leaving the shop the vehicle had the same problem I brought it in for. I brought it in for. I Turned around and went back to the shop. I was then told it was probably because there wasn’t enough fuel in the gas tank, but there was a quarter of a tank, and it was probably the cleaner for the fuel injection that they used that was causing the misfiring. I drove it home. it had the same problem, but by that time The dealership had closed. Monday, directly after the Friday that I picked it up, I was coming home from work sitting at a light and it started idling Roughly again. I didn’t make it home and had it towed back to Pelchier. They didn’t seem to know what the problem was.. They Needed more days to figure it out. My patient had run thin. I had already paid one bill and had to pay another and they still hadn’t figured it out. I would not recommend This shop if you have an Infiniti. I was hesitant about bringing it there, but it would cost $400 to tow it To an Infiniti dealership. Which I ended up doing in the long run. Would I recommend them? No. More
