Peltier Nissan service has always been a place where I felt welcome and had fabulous service, which is why I bought my Nissan there and have had it serviced there for eight years. My vehicle has acquired felt welcome and had fabulous service, which is why I bought my Nissan there and have had it serviced there for eight years. My vehicle has acquired quite a bit of mileage and I guess is past their CSI benchmark, because I felt like a undesired step child. My advisor only communicated with me when prompted by my texts, was never there when I brought my car back in for service, and told me my car would be done the same day the parts came in, but despite being dropped off close to 10 am wasn’t started until 4:20 that day. Needless to say around 5:00 I got the call saying it wasn’t going to be ready until the following morning.. then I don’t hear anything from my advisor until noon after I had texted him to see if my car was done- I didn't receive a call back, just an automated message saying my car was done and that it was being “tidied up” to be ready for pick up. A little later I got a call from my advisor and I told him I would be there in 10 or so minutes to pick it up- he wasn’t there like every other time-had gone to lunch-and the vehicle was not tidied up- there was grease all around the door handle where the repair was and they didn’t even take the time to run it through the car wash or vacuum out the front and back seats like I had become accustomed to with every other service I had gotten in years past. Needless to say I drove away underwhelmed and disappointed in how I was treated- or lack thereof. I may not be in the CSI mileage window but I am still a potential future repeat buyer and still spent over $1000 that day. More

I walked in, didn’t have an appointment. Thought I was going to be there all day. But surprisingly, it did not take long at all unlike most places. 1) They promised a free detailing if we filled out a review, then refused to provide it because we didn't give them a perfect score. 2) A month after they did front end repair, they tried to tell my review, then refused to provide it because we didn't give them a perfect score. 2) A month after they did front end repair, they tried to tell my wife she needed a front end alignment. When I pointed out they had just rebuilt the front end and the alignment problem must be theirs, it magically went away and has not come up in subsequent services. 3) They use trash AI slop advertisements on YouTube that don't even pronounce Peltier right. More
