Hi Bobabbey10, we are sorry we were unable to diagnose your vehicle for you during your visit. We have factory trained technicians available to diagnose your issue but we do have to pay them. The fact that you have a switch issue and hear water sounds is not so much the issue but why is your switch broken and where are the water sounds coming from. We would be happy to figure that out for you but we must go through the diagnosis process. If you would like to begin the diagnosis process please bring your vehicle by at your earliest convenience.

Good morning, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this valuable feedback. We immediately looked into your situation with the Service Manager. We do apologize for the confusion surrounding your vehicles tires. From my records it appears you have a Murano with 124 miles on it that you feel is experiencing "flat spots" due to a vibration. I partnered with the Service Manager to gain a better understanding of the situation. Mr. Miller walked through the process that must be followed per Nissan- If we would like to have the flat spots covered through Nissan the vehicle must be driven 1000 miles to verify they did not return to factory specifications. Once this process has taken place and we have verified the tires have not fallen back into factory specifications we can open a claim with Nissan. We certainly would like to help you in getting this resolved, however it has become more difficult to navigate with the mention of Judges and such.
