Very slow process. I was told by the sales person (Christian) that the ceramic scam (in my opinion) included “2 windshields”. He said that as he said he wanted to be I was told by the sales person (Christian) that the ceramic scam (in my opinion) included “2 windshields”. He said that as he said he wanted to be “transparent” about the ceramic scam that is nowhere to be found on any advertised price and is hidden under the big price on the windshield. After looking at the paperwork, there was nothing about windshield coverage. I texted Christian and asked about that and he said he would have to get with “finance” - crickets. I asked him to confirm what he told me - again crickets More

They were awesome! A man had let me know I had a low tire at the red light. I pulled into the parking, it was flat! I went to service dept. to see if they fixed flats A man had let me know I had a low tire at the red light. I pulled into the parking, it was flat! I went to service dept. to see if they fixed flats. Yes, they did!! I was in town for a dr, app., so time was kinda important. The man at the desk was super polite and helpful, he also kept us updated several times.. Didn't meet the man who did the work, but everything was done in good timing and the tire is doing great. When he told me no charge, what a blessing! The cherry on top, I also came out with a clean car! Couldn't have asked for any better customer service, he was awesome! The waiting area was great too! Thank you so much, Debbie Miller More
