I told your staff prior to my appointment that I needed to back up camera fixed they were no more prepared for it and then they told me I had to do something else. Had appointment for 9:30am. Waited almost an hour before my car was attended to!! Did not depart Peltier until after 11:00am. The switch to turn on/off the heated seat broke and I hear water noise from what seems to be the heater core. The service wanted to charge me diagnostic fee for these two items. I feel there is no need hear water noise from what seems to be the heater core. The service wanted to charge me diagnostic fee for these two items.
