Service department needs to be forthright advising customers what to expect regarding getting their vehicle worked on before the appointment date. ie time (days)it takes for a technician to look at th customers what to expect regarding getting their vehicle worked on before the appointment date. ie time (days)it takes for a technician to look at the vehicle and drop off only with no loaner vehicles available. After this transaction, I have decided to no longer purchase my vehicles at dealerships. 5 hours on a trade in & cash transaction is way too long. Everyone was extremely nice, just a VERY slow proces purchase my vehicles at dealerships. 5 hours on a trade in & cash transaction is way too long. Everyone was extremely nice, just a VERY slow process. LOVED my salesman, Angel and working with Diana Goldwater (the #1 KBB BUYER IN TYLER). Diana cracked me up on her sales tactics coming from 1 saleswoman to another. MAYBE you need more help on the financing side, even though I did not finance a vehicle I still had to wait for "financing" to process the paperwork. I would only recommend this dealership to someone who has all day to spend there because of the salesman and Diana. More
