After this transaction, I have decided to no longer purchase my vehicles at dealerships. 5 hours on a trade in & cash transaction is way too long. Diana cracked me up on her sales tactics coming from 1 saleswoman to another. MAYBE you need more help on the financing side, even though I did not finance a vehicle I still had to wait for "financing" to process the paperwork. I would only recommend this dealership to someone who has all day to spend there because of the salesman and Diana. More
