Although they could have made a bigger and quicker sale with another customer, they took their valuable time to listen to my situation. I let them know I started a great new job and I commuted two hours each way. During the first month and a half of working there, I had been through two used cars. I was trying to save money by buying older used cars. Instead, it cost me time away from work when they would break down. One car left me stranded in the middle of the freeway during rush hour. Seemed like everyone at Peninsula Subaru became involved to help. They saw how important it was for me to have a safe vehicle for myself, my son and other commuters! I was able to drive away in a new Mitsubishi Mirage! Made a fair deal (with a little work). Stopped by to see if I could make a deal last Saturday (10-17-15) I had the cars VIN # which was at another dealer. While he was doing this others were trying to contact the other dealer to secure the car,Tanner Dickson, a very nice guy, took good care til all arrangements were made. Car was lined up for delivery Monday as they close Sunday. Monday rolled around and I was informed the car was ready. The car was quite nicely detailed and thoroughly explained to my wife and I so away we went. Very very nice car (Legacy Limited) and good people to deal with. More

Their offer on my trade in Subi, which was in excellent condition, was full blue book value, much to my husband's surprise. No haggling or undercutting. When we went to pick up our used Forester, the dealer had performed a full 30,000 mile service on the 2009 vehicle that had 28,500 miles on it. The finance manager was fantastic! This is only dealer I ever want to use. More
