Great Experience at Penn Toyota Had a great experience buying a used car at Penn Toyota. I had visited two dealerships prior to coming to Penn and those experiences were horrible: d Had a great experience buying a used car at Penn Toyota. I had visited two dealerships prior to coming to Penn and those experiences were horrible: dealers telling me that the car I was interested in was available only to be told after test driving the car that the car was in fact sold. I was then encouraged to choose higher price cars. I also experienced salespersons adding undisclosed fees to the price. But at Penn none of that happened. The car I was interested in was available, in excellent condition, and there were no hidden dealer fees. I worked with Joni and she was a pleasure: friendly, knowledgeable, but didn’t pressure me either. Overall this was a good car buying experience, which is unfortunately too rare. More

Simply the best Some years ago I purchased a Toyota from a dealership that is no longer in existence. I kept the salesladys business card. I googled her name and found out she now is employed by Penn Toyota. Her name is Joni Glantz. To me it was a no brainer to visit Penn Toyota as Joni Glantz is the best sales person I have ever encountered in anything I have ever purchased. Joni is very knowledgeable in every detail of the Toyota you are looking to buy, and Penn Toyota is a world class showroom. Save your time, don't waste it, head straight to Penn Toyota for your next Purchase or lease. More

Horrible customer service!! I've taken my car for service at this dealership several times. Each time I have had a terrible experience, with the promise of "this time it will be I've taken my car for service at this dealership several times. Each time I have had a terrible experience, with the promise of "this time it will be better". The last straw was I brought my car in for regular maintenance, but needed my tire looked at. I was told the good news was I didn't need a new tire, that it could be patched. I needed other work that they recommended, which I did. I was there over 2.5 hours and when my car was ready I had to wait an additional 30 minutes until the service rep could check me out!! I left and a few days later my tire pressure light came on. It was Tuesday before July 4th holiday and stopped at a Firestone to get air. The gentleman who helped me told me the tire was leaking. I had to bring my car back to this dealership on Thursday, to get a new tire. It was there from about 10 am till 4ish, not what I was told when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up I asked if I would be getting a credit ($26) for the patch I had to pay for, but didn't work. The service rep that was helping me told me that the Service Manager said NO! They did not feel it was right to give me a $26 credit!! I think that is disgusting! They want their $26 rather than make a customer happy!! That small gesture would have meant a lot. I have other horror stories about their service department! My recommendation would be to go some place else! I wrote a letter to the general manager about my experiences and he did not care enough to respond either!! They do not care about their customer's experiences!! My recommendation would be to go some where else!! More

She knew exactly what I was looking for and which car would suit me perfectly. She was wonderful every step of the way without that "salesy" pushy kind of approach. She has an amazingly calm, positive, energetic and professional demeanor and was just so pleasant and fun to deal with and I highly recommend her. I would never go to anyone else. Andy was also fabulous and so knowledgeable about the Camry. He patiently explained all of the high tech details to me and made sure I understood everything and knew how to use everything. I still have a lot to learn but I had a great training session! I highly recommend making sure you see Andy before you drive away. Penn Toyota is the best. More
