Poor Service Today I went to change my oil and inspected my car to Penn Toyota. My car passed the NY State Inspection without a problem and the oil was changed. Today I went to change my oil and inspected my car to Penn Toyota. My car passed the NY State Inspection without a problem and the oil was changed. As I was leaving all my lights turned on and went back to the service department to complaint. When I brought my car in there were no lights on and that's why the car passed the inspection. When I went back they were quick to tell me that the right rear speed sensor was broken and gave me a quote right away. I don't understand how the sensor broke when the only thing I took my car in for was an oil change and an inspection. I was going to take my wife's car tomorrow for an oil change, but after this incident I would never use there services again! Between my wife and I we have purchased 5 cars in 10 years and refer many of our family and friends. I would never buy another car from Penn Toyota in my life, nor would I ever refer anyone else!!!! More

Great service even for the long haul. My 2010 prius was making an unbelievably loud metallic noise. Turned out it was the shield on the catalytic converter. As this is an integral part of the converter and cannot be replaced without replacing the converter, it is being covered (rightly so I might add) under the emissions warranty. Rohan, in service, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I am awaiting the part and will report back when repair is complete. Kudos to both Penn and Toyota for sticking by their product. This is my second prius and won't be my last. More

Just a great buying experience. I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Penn Toyota and it was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. The dealership is top notch. The showroom floor is clean and has so many car options on display. My sales associate was Joni Glantz and she was very knowledge and explained all the options on the vehicle. She was not a pushy salesperson. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend. I met with the finance manager Nick who is a really honest guy and explained all finance options to me. I purchased a trailer hitch and crossbars for the truck which was installed after I purchased the vehicle. Joni made the appointment for me with the service department and also arranged that I would have a loaner car available which was greatly appreciated. The service team was friendly and genuinely real nice people. I would recommend Penn Toyota to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

My salesperson Azarius Mercado went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my choice. He made arrangements for me to see the vehicle while it was still at the detail shop before it was placed on the lot for sale. I'm so glad he did because this would have been sold within days. In fact, it was. To me!! People are surprised when I tell them it's three years old. They think I bought a new car! Thank you Azarius, and Penn Toyota. I drove away with great car at a great price! Good dealer bad pricing When you pull into the lot of Penn Toyota you will likely notice a beautiful black two door Bentley parked across from the front door of the dealer. I have seen it there several times and I've assumed it belongs to a member of the Penn family or a wealthy employee there. Penn Toyota has long been a reputable dealer and I would feel comfortable buying a car there. Their service is ok too. But beware the low prices offered on your trade in and be sure to check KBB and NADA before you arrive. They recently offered me a trade in value that was several thousand dollars (more than 30%) less than the lowest of all trade in offers that I received anywhere. Buyer beware, or you will be helping pay for the next Bentley. More
