I dropped the car off at around 9 in the morning and picked it up around 4 for two recall repairs plus a general check up. Andy was even more energetic and amiable when I went to pick up the car. Cool guy. Only issue was that the service guys left my hood open, which is understandable because the primary latch is really fickle/corroded from age and usually a pain in the butt to close. But it would have been nice if they had let me know, considering I hopped on the highway right after. More

Just be serious that you want to purchase or lease a vehicle and Tommy will work with you to get your needs met. I loved working with Tommy because he is straightforward and honest. No pressure and no stress! That's what you really need in a salesperson. My husband and I were very excited to get what we wanted at the price that worked for us and we received the car the same day! The environment itself is very welcoming. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly. Some times people are reluctant to take their kids to buy a car because they may receive backlash from the people at the dealership but at Penn Toyota they are very welcoming and understanding. Even the Managers are friendly towards kids and they even get personable with their customers. It was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy or lease a Toyota. I will definitely be back in the future. More

Stayed in constant contact with me so i always knew what was going on. Vehicle was delivered in a climate controlled area of their showroom. Typically, when I buy/lease a vehicle I know more about that vehicle than anyone at the dealership. Let me tell you Sean knows his Tacoma's like the back of his hand. So happy with the entire process I'm going back for a Sienna for the wife!! More
