The exact car I wanted was not in stock, but Rob found it for me and I couldn't be happier. I think I got a fair price and the car even had a couple of extras which I did not expect. Rob patiently explained to me how to work all the gadgets and electronics and even set up some options for me to get me started. This is the second car we have leased from Rob and I would certainly recommend him to friends. More

David Salkin was calm and very low key, he was extremely helpful as he listened well and knew his product. I asked him not to call and He DID as I asked. I asked him to give me his best price, he did, and they won out over 4 other dealers. I came in we did some further negotiations and we wrote the deal that same day. Ray the sales manager at Penn Toyota, was also instrumental in soothing my nerves as I had visited no less than 3 other toyota dealer that same day I was told many things that were in fact just come ones or bate and switch routines. Ray and David KEPT THEIR WORD! I would highly recommend David Salkin as a wonderful calm low key excellent salesman and Ray as a hands on manager. Ray keep up the good work you have a great facility.
