Beverly, thank you for your response. You can check in with Claude Chiles as he offered to pay one month car payment and then was going to investigate how my trade in went from $29,500 to $16,000.00. Peoria Ford called me in two weeks after the purchase and trade in to again sign paperwork. After a claim was filed with Ford, it has come to light that Peoria Ford changed my trade in and added over $10k to my loan. Lots of issues with the sale and then service - not including my vehicle sitting for 2 months because according to Claude, no parts were ordered. I have bought several vehicles with Dodge in Alaska, not one issue and not ripped off. This is a nightmare dealing with Ford and Peoria Ford. Michele
