I was early for my appointment so the Rep was unavailable and someone else checked me in. Waited over 1:30 hours for an oil change so I went outside. My car was off the ground and several young men were ther and someone else checked me in. Waited over 1:30 hours for an oil change so I went outside. My car was off the ground and several young men were there chatting and no one was wearing a mask. My service advisor as not in his cubicle; I continued to wai outside and finally my car was driven back to the pick up place, however, the service advisor was not available until someone went to get him. Trouble with my radio recently. Setup diagnostic appointment and the verdict was a new radio. Out of warranty so out of luck. New radio is $1100+. It’s a 2015 Outback w/60k miles. Told service advis appointment and the verdict was a new radio. Out of warranty so out of luck. New radio is $1100+. It’s a 2015 Outback w/60k miles. Told service advisor I’ll live w/it. He gave me an 800# to Subaru of America. Long story short they’re paying $750 of the $1100. My out of pocket is $400. Been a long time owner of Subarus over my lifetime. I believe in the car and now a raving fan of Subarus and Peoria Subaru. Bravo. More
