Since I live out of town, I love the ability to make an appointment on-line for service. The estimated time for my last appointment was spot on; and the new temporary service waiting area is very nice. B appointment on-line for service. Because of the long service time (4 hours), I had to bring my dog with me; and the facilities and area where the service department is located is great for walking and just sitting outside when the weather permits. Cory Fox is really nice and so good to work with. He kept me posted about my service update progress and completion. I had to add a last minute request when I received a text from Subaru Starlink that my tire pressure may be low, and this add-on was handled without a bobble. I really appreciate Peoria Subaru's Service Department and everyone who works there. Very customer-focused team. More
