Road Trip Assistance I was driving from home Phoenix to Portland when I started experiencing problems with my transmission. Peoria Subaru made the new car buying experience easy during the COVID-19 pandemic as most, if not all, of the communication was through email. Recall work We had to drive in from out of town for recall work, which involved spending the night in Phoenix. We arrived and within a few minutes our car was in the shop and we were seated in a comfortable socially distanced waiting room, with coffee provided Everything was done by 9:30 (the windshield washer sensor was out and the tank needed replacing, and the car was due for normal servicing). Everyone was polite and professional. More

Luigi Bianco, Cory Fox, Brandon Lewandowski, Dustin Shepherd, Shawn Jordan, and Dan Halliburton took care of my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I had my appointment and a kind phone call with Dan, after just having to cancel an appointment at another subaru dealer in the valley because they changed my appointment on me without notice, and didn't seem to care at all about my baby being busted. When I rolled up for service, I was met by Dan. His service was exceptional and very kind. I was asked immediately how I could be assisted and then they reassured me through the process. I explained to Dan that I was nervous about my car (and the bill afterwards.) Through a smile and soft voice, Dan reassured me that my car would be well taken care of and it was. I waited for 30 minutes and got picked up by a great lady van driver. I forget her name, but our conversation was great. (again, a first for me; and she picked me up too!) When I arrived back, I was met with a nice discount that Dan said he "found me on the website because it was better" than the one informed him about from the start. All in all, Great people. Amazing staff. My baby works like new, and I will be coming back! Thank you for wearing masks and doing your part to keep us all safe. :) More
