Good service but disappointing wait time I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told service would be about two hours. It was three hours forty-five minutes from my appointment ti I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told service would be about two hours. It was three hours forty-five minutes from my appointment time to the time I left. I realize that I asked for additional service (firmware update for the infotainment system if available, which it was), but the two hour quoted wait time included that service. No one tried to track me down at the two, or even three-hour point to let me know how things were going. I think it's important to keep the customer updated on status if you run over time. More
